How do we maintain quality control throughout the Engineering and Mechanical processes, all the way to packing?

Engineering

● We have customers technical drawing a Design Review process before each commercial quotation

● Before starting the quote and/or production launch, it is necessary to have a procedure in place to inform the customer of any required changes.

● A control plan is existing for each article or product family before launching production

Raw material control

● There is a specific marking to identify raw materials characteristics

● Materials are stored on a proper way

Laser cutting-Bending

● A Control Plan is defined critical dimensions, frequency and how to control them

● The operators are trained and qualified to use machine / model

● There is work Instructions, procedures present and updated at workstation

● The identification of parts non- conform is correctly done

● The 1st part critical dimensions are controlled

Welding-Brushing / Polishing

● The technical drawings are defined the welding dimensions and position

● The operators are trained and qualified to use machine / model

● The identification of parts non conform is correctly done

● The 1st part critical dimensions are controlled following Control Plan or critical dimensions on technical drawing

● The recording of controls are done by operator

Coating

● Does a Control Plan defined coating thickness and frequency of control and how to control

● The customers requirements are known

● The pre-treatment before coating is adapted to material used and their parameters are matching with coating technical data sheet requirement

● The operators have work instructions for pre-treatment parameters and are trained

● The identification of parts non conform is correctly done

Assembly

● There is a procedure to guarantee the work instructions are always at the last revision

● The identification of parts non conform is correctly done

FQC

● Do the operators are trained and qualified for final control

● The control is done for samples are in accordance with customers requirements

Packing

● The packaging for internal handling, storage prevent parts damages

● The final packaging, pallets for customer delivery are conform to requirements and prevent parts
